MindScan primarily provides digital assessment results and report access. Because the service delivers digital content, refunds are generally limited once access has been granted or delivery has occurred.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
- You were charged more than once for the same intended purchase
- You paid successfully but did not receive access or email delivery due to a verified technical issue
- A transaction was processed in error and has not meaningfully consumed the digital service
3. When a Refund May Be Declined
- The full report was successfully unlocked and delivered
- The issue resulted from incorrect email entry or user-side mistakes outside our control
- The request is inconsistent with platform, payment, or anti-fraud rules
4. How to Request Help
If you believe there was a payment issue, contact us with the email used for the purchase and any relevant transaction details. We will review the situation and respond as reasonably possible.
